What is the biggest challenge entrepreneurs are facing?

One of the biggest challenges is finding funding and good people who are willing to invest. Entrepreneurs need professional advisers who are commercial but also pragmatic. Also, there are never enough hours in the day!

Can you give any advice to others starting up a business?

I try to keep healthy, ensure my family is happy and healthy and always sleep well.

I am also a great believer in valuing the judgements and recommendations of loyal staff – and making business decisions as quickly as possible.

How do you think we can encourage entrepreneurialism in young people to create a generation of entrepreneurs?

The Government and banks need to continue and increase their support with funding for all our young people across different industries, in order to stimulate creativity and dynamism within future generations.
